Korean cuisine includes traditional royal dishes, regional specialties, and modern fusion cooking.
The flavors mainly come from gochujang, doenjang, soy sauce, salt, garlic, and ginger.
Distinct seasons provide diverse ingredients and famous fermented foods like kimchi and pickled vegetables.

A Korean cook plans meals, selects and inspects ingredients,
cooks with proper methods, maintains hygiene of kitchen and tools,
and manages ingredients nutritionally and hygienically while serving food.

At First Cook Academy, we offer solid curricula and learning environment
